Peacock feather symbolises Beauty, Love, Power, and Knowledge. Beauty because it is beautiful, knowledge because it is in the form of an eye, love because it is soft and power because it is vibrant. With keen observation man acquires knowledge. Knowledge without love is lifeless.
Krishna, with the flute and the crown of peacock's feather over his head is a symbol of fullness.
Three days before, I present a feather to Him. And I was immensely happy to see him love it, touch it, and feel it. Divinity and grace surrounding us.
