The Age Factor...
01.30.07 (7:25 am)   [edit]
I feel funny when people ask me how old I am. I feel it is irrelevant to ask me that. I hate that. 'How old are you' wouldn't be the appropriate question to put forth to me. I have never bothered about how many years I have been living (!) People should be asking me 'How new I am'.

What is age after all? It is how old our body is in its every 365 day cycle? People are so used to these numbers that they are unable to think rationally coming out of it. When it comes to the body, I have a new body now or atleast I remodified it. How would that go? I am new. Amn't I?

So next time I'll feel comfort if someone asks me 'How new are you?' rather than'How old are you?' Period.

Wonderful to find someone that feels the same way that I do.

And if you are in a particularly growly mood, you could give your age in days and make them work at it ;) ie: " I am 14,600 days old..."
