A lot of us in other parts of the world don,t appreciate how hard it is in other countries. As I get older I have come to the conclusion that educating children across the whole of a society to at least 16- 18 years of age. for 3 or more generations coupled with strong govermental institutions, such as police force, court systems, health care, and again education is needed to try and control the young brutal men that seek power through ruthlessness. It is hard to believe that aggression towards other countries is still acceptable, unfortunately this is so. There is no instant solution to your plight. But probably the best you can do at the moment is to try and make the united nations as strong and as effective as possible. If as time passes, the laws it trys to impose become stronger eventually it might have the power it needs to look after the world. A step in the right direction was in 1999 when the court for international war crimes started to be more effective.
