With love and pray, your trans brother from Amsterdam. posted by: Jennifer (reply) post date: 06.07.09 (9:49 pm) Dear Kalki, Saw the program on ndtv hindu..which is how i landed on ur blog...i have always understood and never feared transgender women who begged.. however, one incident in chennai near rangoli(t nagar) changed all that. i now shake within 5 metres of any transgender woman. In fact, i pull out 10 rs out of my purse so i can give it without hesitation... its fear i feel when i see them....why do incidents like this happen? i understand that you cannot possibly answer this question all by yourself...but i certainly feel that if you speak to them, please let them know that it is fear that drives most people to pay up.... nobody wants to be touched by anyone...i hope you convey this to all your sisters and mine!
