Wat on earth can stop these uncivilized creatures!:@ bharathiyar sonna mathri roudhiram palagungal kalki. posted by: Vignesh Alwarappan (reply) post date: 10.15.09 (3:13 am) Change is the one which happens wen people change their perception. U can do tat. We guys wil join our hands wid u kalki. Fight til u succeed posted by: Sindur (reply) post date: 10.15.09 (9:08 am) A defamation case could be filed. This would certainly get public, which in a way would sensitize or alert other directors towards it. posted by: akil siddharth (reply) post date: 10.20.09 (1:46 am) you shd have protested immediately after the release of this film!!! we could have some how made them remove this scene from the film. and that wd have been a big shame for the film!!! posted by: jeno(tyson) (reply) post date: 10.20.09 (8:07 am) ofcourse everyone has siad their thoughts above but thinking more practically why cant we make them understand the real problem of showing these scences in a meeting with all other directors? and this could lead a clear understanding for all directors to not use these kinds of hurting and wounding concepts of transgenders. because we may prevent this problem by slapping them, but vanishing this problem by making them to understand is more better than that na? this is my point of view!!!! posted by: Sree (reply) post date: 10.23.09 (10:38 pm) Iam agreeing with Jeno. They already acted, shooted, film released and everybody watched the movie..But it should not happen again.Should make some common roof or meeting with media and movie persons regrding this issue..and as kalki told some promise frm censor board. An actor like prithvi if behaved in that manner it is unpardonable..Solution should come frm his side. Lot of persons are commenting positively with whole hearted support in media and other forums in favour of TG..but frankly how many should be there in front to lead,if there is some protest or public meetings in favour of TG...sure only a few will be there..Still we are afraid of our society.Tht attitude in the society should be changed. Here the role of Sahodari i think.. posted by: parthi (reply) post date: 10.24.09 (7:37 am) i am really ashamed as i have watchd dat movie 2times in theatre... only the music n screen play was drivin me n i didnt feel much 4 such a filthy scene wich exploited those girls.. only aftr readin ur post i came to knw d pain of a transwoman, i accept ur views n strongly oppose the director n actors... posted by: Susan Deborah (reply) post date: 10.29.09 (10:05 am) Dear Kalki: Glad to visit your blog. When a phenyl company guy can file a defamation case, this kind of portrayal should not be allowed in ANY film. When a trivial thing as a phenyl can upset the ad men, we are talking about real people and their emotions. We should write to the Film Board. Am glad that I don't watch movies! posted by: Sankar (reply) post date: 11.09.09 (7:50 pm) You are exactly right.I too felt the same while watching the film. These director does not really have any social responsibility or any concern for other individuals. Please do not waste time commenting on these movies. You have lot to do.All the best...You are doing a great work |
